Well thought-out design
The Hario V60 Buono kettle is ideal for making hand-brewed filter coffee because the design supports precise pouring. The Buono kettle from the Japanese specialist manufacturer Hario is designed to meet the highest demands. The long, curved spout allows for precise, controlled pouring. The ergonomic handle offers a firm grip and, thanks to the plastic coating, effective heat protection. The Hario V60 Buono is therefore ideal for preparing aromatic brewed coffee, the modern version of filter coffee.
Preparation is everything
The Hario V60 stainless steel kettle Buono is suitable for all types of stoves. You can of course also fill it with hot water from an electric kettle. The ideal water temperature for hand-brewed filter coffee is 92 °C to 95 °C. Before preparing coffee, rinse the paper filter in the porcelain attachment once with hot water from the Hario V60 Buono while it is running idle without any coffee grounds. This will remove the paper taste from the filter.
What is important when pouring
Brewing takes place gradually in small amounts so that the flavors of the ground coffee can develop optimally. The delicate spout of the Hario V60 Buono allows you to pour small amounts of water in circular movements over the edge of the filter to avoid the typical formation of a crater.
