Cinque Stelle - A 5 Star Coffee Experience
Since 1960, the traditional roasting company Ionia from Santa Venerina has stood for an original Sicilian coffee experience: the fine beans from the best growing areas are selected with care and passion for the miscele, roasted separately and combined to create unique coffee blends. Today, the roasting company operates internationally, but Sicily is and remains its home. The preservation of Sicilian coffee art is at the heart of its activities.
The Ionia Cinque Stelle – truly Italian
70% Arabica coffee beans and 30% Robusta coffee beans characterize this typical southern Italian roast. Thanks to the separate roasting, the different bean varieties can retain their individual taste. And this has an effect on the full-bodied aroma of the espresso. A gentle and slow roasting contributes to the lively taste of the high-quality beans. In the cup, the Ionia Cinque Stelle impresses with a very intense taste, lots of sweetness and a full body. The Robusta content gives the coffee volume and ensures a dense crema. The espresso blend is pure and in cappuccino or latte macchiato a real experience for coffee experts!
