The high-quality coffees, consisting of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans, come exclusively from organic growing areas in Honduras, Nicaragua and Tanzania. The careful selection of beans and the artisanal roasting process by the Martella family guarantee the highest quality of this special and high-quality organic blend and give it an unmistakable sweet and mild taste. A natural coffee without additives that conjures up the aroma of the washed and fermented beans in your cup. Depending on the grind, this blend can also be drunk very well as filter coffee.

The provenances:

The Honduras Arabica SHG Bio & Fairtrade comes from the mountains of western Honduras from the Cocafcal and Cosagual cooperatives. The climate is temperate. The small farmers only use labor-intensive organic techniques and thus avoid the use of chemical pesticides. The coffee is balanced, with medium acidity and chocolate and citrus notes.

The Nicaragua San Juan Rio Coco Bio is harvested from November to March in the small shady plantations in the Madriz region. These special plots are managed by a cooperative of farmers and their families and produce a coffee with medium-sized washed beans.

The Tanzania KDCU Ltd comes from the northwest of Tanzania and is an organic and fairly traded coffee that grows at an altitude of 1500-1800m in mixed culture with banana plants and is hand-harvested between June and September.
