The No. 1 Vellutato from Pellini consists of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans. The aroma is intense and a certain, tasty spiciness can be detected in the aftertaste. The character of the coffee is wonderfully underlined by a pinch of Robusta. The coffee also impresses with its excellent crema formation.
Perfect for portafilters
The Pellini Vellutato No. 1 has a fine grind and is particularly suitable for the portafilter machine. The intense, aromatic character is a delight for every coffee lover and can be used to make elegant and velvety espressos.
Gentle roasting
The beans selected for the Pellini No. 1 Vellutato were roasted slowly and by hand in a rotary drum. This removed the bitter substances from the beans to give them a harmonious and mild taste. Roast level: medium
