The Top 100% Arabica from Pellini consists, as the name suggests, of 100% of the best Arabica beans from Central and South America. Thanks to the medium roast, the espresso is very mild and creamy with a noble and long-lasting taste. The fruity aromas give the espresso a slight sweetness. The flavor-bearing acidity is restrained in this balanced blend of pure Arabica beans. As is usual for Pellini, the beans are roasted slowly and gently by hand in the rotating drum. The temperature is controlled and they are naturally air-cooled. This removes the bitter substances and gives you a harmonious espresso.
