The southern Italian roastery Mauro has created the Centopercento, an espresso made from 100% high-quality Arabica beans. The beans come from growing areas in Central and South America, including Brazil, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia and Puerto Rico. The gentle, long-term roasting at low temperatures allows the aromas of the individual varieties to develop optimally. The espresso is particularly characterized by its fruity note with a hint of chocolate.

When prepared in a portafilter, the Centopercento develops a unique taste, full aroma and a stable, soft crema. The flavors of the Centopercento are wonderfully balanced and also offer a long and pleasant aftertaste. The Mauro roastery has been in existence since 1949 and has always maintained a close relationship with innovation and tradition.
