The Minges Origins India Malabar Monsoondes consists of 100% selected highland Arabica beans. These are grown with the greatest care in the Malabar region, which is known for its high-quality coffee. There, the beans are traditionally roasted by hand using a long-term drum process. This allows the beans to develop their aroma particularly well and unwanted acid and bitter substances to be filtered out. The coffee is therefore ideal for breakfast every day.
