Preparation recommendation mocha pot

The medium grind of this blend is ideal for preparation in a moka pot/Bialetti. We recommend using 11 g of coffee powder for 100 ml of water. The Cremoso No. 20 is also perfect for coffee specialties such as espresso, caffè crema or lungo.
