Advanced technology for perfect coffee

The Oracle ™ Touch relies on the proven 4-key formula to offer you third wave coffee specialties of the highest quality. The precisely integrated conical grinder grinds the coffee grounds directly into the high-quality 58 mm portafilter. The dual boiler heating system ensures precise extraction and steam generation at the same time, while the digital temperature controller (PID) ensures an exact water temperature. These technologies work together to deliver full-bodied and aromatic coffee with optimal micro milk foam. The Auto MilQ™ system ensures the perfect micro milk foam. It allows you to individually adjust the milk temperature between 40 °C and 75 °C and the texture in 9 levels. The frothy, silky milk foam, which contains at least one million microbubbles per milliliter, is ideal for latte art and highlights the flavor of your coffee. Alternatively, you can manually texture the milk like a barista for even more precise results.
