The El Capitan from Supremo is a select Arabica blend of the Bourbon, Caturra, Villa Sarchi and Blue Mountain varieties. The blend is light and fruity. A beautifully fine and light crema rounds off the taste perfectly. The blend is characterized by notes of fruit and berries. The fine fruit notes develop best when combined with milk.
Family roastery roasts gently
The family-run roastery Supremo is based near Munich. Their formula for delicious coffee is to roast the high-quality beans very slowly and gently. This way, the beans' full aroma is retained as much as possible.
