The Minges family roastery was founded in 1932
In Bamberg, northern Bavaria, the family roasting company Minges roasts high-quality coffee beans from the best growing regions. The result is harmonious, aromatic coffees. The beans are processed in the traditional drum roasting process and can slowly develop their full aromas.
