The Mocambo Brasilia Crema coffee blend impresses with its full-bodied flavor and balanced aromas. The carefully selected coffee beans contain very few bitter substances, making this coffee an excellent choice. A hint of caramel in the aftertaste rounds off the flavor experience. The coffee consists of 60% Arabica beans and 40% Robusta beans, whose higher coffee oil content ensures a particularly dense crema. Mocambo Brasilia Crema is gently roasted using a drum roasting process and is suitable for various coffee specialties.
