The Ibis Redibis blend from the Passalacqua roastery in Naples is made up of 30% Arabica and 70% Robusta beans. The beans are carefully and slowly roasted in a drum roaster to a dark, classic Neapolitan roast. This gives the espresso its intense, nutty taste with a light malt note.
Pronounced crema formation
The Ibis Redibis owes its distinctive crema to the high Robusta content. This also makes it a good base for coffee specialties with milk, such as a cappuccino or a flat white. The Ibis Redibis is a particularly full-bodied and rich espresso - it's worth trying!
