The Ibis Redibis blend from the Passalacqua roastery in Naples is made up of 30% Arabica and 70% Robusta beans. The beans are carefully and slowly roasted in a drum roaster to a dark, classic Neapolitan roast. This gives the espresso its intense, nutty taste with a light malt note.
Pronounced crema formation
