High-quality optics

The Duo Top DE from Bezzera is of the highest quality, both visually and technically. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and is therefore particularly durable. High-quality rosewood elements such as the tilt valves and portafilter handles give the machine a visually ultra-modern and stylish appearance.

Many functions can be individually programmed on the touch display

The Duo DE has great temperature stability and is of high quality. The brewing temperature can be set to the exact degree using the 3.5”˜”˜ touch display. The amount of water can be programmed in four individual amounts. A timer can also be programmed using the touch display. This means that the start and end times for the machine can be set individually for each day of the week - so the machine is ready for use in good time in the morning before work.

Quiet rotary pump

The Bezzera Duo DE is equipped with a rotary pump and can therefore either be connected to the mains water system or operated via the water tank. The pump is very quiet and can be flexibly placed in the kitchen thanks to the two water connection options.

Full aroma development thanks to pre-infusion

Another technical feature of the Bezzera Duo Top DE is pre-infusion. With pre-infusion, the ground coffee is moistened before the actual espresso extraction, allowing it to swell. This allows the aromas to develop better and the brewing pressure is more stable.
