In Marcala, La Paz in western Honduras is the Café Orgà¡nica Marcela (COMSA), which, through an association of smaller coffee farmers, achieves better access to the market and fair prices for the producers. Coffee farmers affiliated with COMSA work according to organic standards, which has a noticeable effect on the quality of the coffee and the regeneration of soil fertility.

This taste experience is supported by notes of roasted almonds and a light citrus note. The Honduras project coffee is ideal for preparation in a fully automatic machine.
