Purist electronic espresso grinder

The Eureka Mignon Puristico impresses with its simplicity. All the features of the Mignon series are integrated into the grinder, ensuring optimal grinding of your espresso beans. Technical gadgets are deliberately omitted – true to its purist design. As a result, the grinder offers the same technical capabilities as top-of-the-line models, yet is more affordable. This compromise is particularly appealing to free-spirited espresso enthusiasts.

The highlights

The Puristico is equipped with the patented 55 mm Diamond Inside disc grinder, which offers significantly higher durability and productivity than the grinders in standard Mignon machines. ACE technology prevents clumping of the coffee grounds as well as electrostatic charging – ensuring a clean work surface and fine, homogeneous grinds. Silent Range technology ensures whisper-quiet operation, a true blessing, especially when preparing that first espresso in the morning.

High-end grinder for coffee enthusiasts

The grind setting can be adjusted micrometrically using the silver dial. Coffee grounds are dispensed via the button in the center of the machine, which is activated by the portafilter. Simply insert the filter holder into the removable hands-free portafilter fork and press lightly. Alternatively, grinding can also be done using the manual dispensing switch on the side. This is particularly useful when grinding into a container other than the portafilter.
