Aromatic Blend

The No. 2 Vellutato from Pellini consists of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans. The aromas are balanced and long-lasting, the taste intense and aromatic. The blend is already ground and has a dense crema with spicy notes thanks to the gentle roasting for which Pellini is known. The Vellutato is particularly suitable for filter coffee and moka coffee due to its coarser grind. It is therefore different from the No. 1 from Pellini, which has a finer grind and is better suited to the portafilter machine.
