De Koffiemann is a roastery from Lilienthal, a small community in Lower Saxony, which is located in the immediate vicinity of Bremen. The roastery places great importance on the traditional roasting process in the roasting drum. The coffee beans are roasted for at least 12-15 minutes at a low temperature. The gentle roasting process allows the beans to gradually develop their aromas, of which over 800 are contained in the coffee.
