How the coffee subscription works at Aromatico

With our coffee subscription, you can conveniently enjoy your favorite coffees regularly—without having to reorder every month. Here's how to set up and manage your subscription:

1. Select coffee and pack size

• Choose the coffee you want from our collection.

• Choose the right pack size .

2. Set delivery interval

• Under “Order subscription now” you can choose how often you would like to receive your coffee: 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks .

• Add your selection to your shopping cart by clicking on “Add to cart.”

3. Complete your order

• The ongoing subscription begins when you complete your order.

• Payment is made on the day of shipment.

• You will receive a confirmation by email .

4. Manage subscription

• You can edit your coffee subscription at any time in your customer account :

  • Change delivery intervals

  • Customize products

  • Pause/cancel delivery

• Changes can be made until midnight on the day before the next delivery date.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time without giving any reason – directly via the “Cancel subscription” button in the customer area.

5. Price and delivery information

• Prices are subject to daily fluctuations as our coffees are traded worldwide.

• One day before delivery you will receive an email with the current price and your upcoming delivery .

• Should a coffee variety be unavailable, Aromatico reserves the right, after prior notification, to replace the variety with an equivalent alternative in the same price range .
